Terms and conditions - foreign orders
This section describes our terms and conditions for foreign orders. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding these terms and/or ordering.
As a customer, you are expected to have read and agreed these terms and condtions when ordering in our webshop. The agreement of these terms are stated by filling in the checkbox Terms and conditions during checkout. Note that these terms can be updated without prior notice.
For foreign internet orders we offer the following payment options:
- Invoice (no extra charges)
In our store we offer cash (SEK) and Credit Card payments.
New customers will receive a pro-forma invoice via E-mail to be paid before delivery. Known customers will have an invoice sent with their order.
We use the Swedish post office and their rates for our international shipments:
- 0-100g Letters (No insurance, non-trackable)
- 100g - 2kg Registered letter (No insurance, trackable, status info via E-mail)
- 2 - 20 kg Parcel (Insured to 50.000 SEK, trackable)

Shipping is calculated by the web shop system, the given amount is normally the max amount for shipping. If we find that shipping will be less, we will update the invoice to the lower cost.
We retain the right to adjust shipping method to the alternative that give the best value/security for the shipment. If you have any preferences - contact us.
We charge shipment at cost, i.e. only the costs we have to pay for shipping, including materials and fees.
For items that are large and/or heavy or requires special handling, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping to the correct value. If any increase in shipping costs will occur, we will contact you via E-mail for approval.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for proforma payments and special holidays.
Our goal is to leave all shipments for delivery the day after we receive the order (or full payment for pro-forma invocing). Please allow 10-15 days for shipping. If you have no delivery within 20 days, please contact us - we will do what we can to track the shipment.
Lost or damaged shipments shall primarily be reported to the shipper! If the shipment is damaged at delivery, immediately contact the shipper without opening the parcel and open it together with them.
Deliveries not picked up
Not picking up a delivery from the Post office or equivalent is not to be considered as a return. We will charge for all shipping costs and possibly a re-stock fee depending on the contents of the order.
If you are for some reason un-availabe and cannot pick-up a shipment at certain times, please - contact us.
Any remaining charges for not picked up deliveries must be paid before a new order can be shipped from us to you.
When you check out you can select how we shall handle backorders. The options are Cancel all B/Os, wait until complete or deliver whats available, when available. For the last option, several shipments can be necessary for one order and additional shipping costs may be added. If you have selected to wait until complete and the delivery takes a long time, please - contact us. If we feel that the delivery will be very delayed due to long lead times from our suppliers (> approx. 30 days) we will contact you to agree on how to ship the order.
For pre-orders and special items the option is always "Wait until complete" regardless of the selection you've made when checking out.
Returns and guarantees
For all these the very first thing to do is - contact us immediately!
If an item is to be returned it shall be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Any shipping costs for the return must be paid by the customer that also is fully responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. Returns that have insufficient postage or are sent as postage paid by receiver will not be accepted by us. Refunds will be by a purchase voucher for other purchases in our web shop. Shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded.
We offer the manufacturers guarantee, we have no extra guarantee for items sold. For guarantee claims, please - contact us before returning anything claiming guarantee repairs.
