Magnus the Red 2 is an acrylic paint from Games Workshops Warhammer Tone Pro range, developed for painting Warhammer miniatures. It belongs to the Magnus the Red colour family and is Tone 2 of 5, making it a darker burgundy shade designed for shadows and transitions towards the colour family's midtone.

The deep burgundy shade works well for armour, fabrics, robes and miniature details. By combining Magnus the Red 2 with the lighter tones 3, 4 and 5, you can create smooth colour transitions and defined highlights with ease.

Warhammer Tone Pro consists of 30 colour families with five tones each, ranging from Tone 1 as the darkest to Tone 5 as the lightest. The paints are designed for techniques including basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. The paint comes in a 12ml pot.
