Doehler & Haass SD16A – Sound Decoder with SUSI & Multi-Protocol

The SD16A Gen 2 sound decoder is designed for both analog and digital operation (SX1, SX2, DCC, MM) and suits small to medium locomotives where installation space is limited. The dimensions are approx. 20.2 × 10.5 × 3.0 mm and it supports a total load of 1.5 A (motor current up to 1.5 A) and a max supply voltage of 30 V.
The decoder features an integrated SUSI interface for firmware updates and sound projects, support for asymmetric brake sections and advanced sound functions for steam, diesel and electric locomotives.
