TN: Green Morkshroom 1

Games Workshop 20-281 Green Morkshroom 1, Warhammer Tone Pro

Green Morkshroom 1 is an acrylic paint from Games Workshop’s Warhammer Tone Pro range, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures. Its deep, saturated turquoise-green colour works well on armour, scales, mushrooms and organic details. It belongs to a family of five coordinated tones that make it easier to build shadows, colour transitions and highlights.

Green Morkshroom 1 is the darkest tone, Tone 1 of 5, making it particularly useful for deep shadows, dark base layers and recessed areas. Use it as the starting point for a colour progression with the lighter Green Morkshroom tones to create strong contrast and smooth transitions.

Warhammer Tone Pro includes 30 colour families, each with five tones ranging from Tone 1, the darkest, to Tone 5, the lightest. The paints can be used for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. Mix the paint with Shading Medium to create a shade or glaze, or use Blending Medium to extend drying time for blending. Supplied in a 12 ml pot.
