TN: Hawkshroud Yellow 1

Games Workshop 20-191 Hawkshroud Yellow 1, Warhammer Tone Pro

Warhammer Tone Pro is an acrylic paint range from Games Workshop, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures and other models. Hawkshroud Yellow belongs to the yellow colour family, which contains five coordinated tones. Together, they make it easy to build depth and create smooth transitions from dark shadows to bright highlights.

Hawkshroud Yellow 1 is Tone 1 of 5 – the darkest tone in the colour family. It is ideal for deep shadows, recessed areas and dark base layers on yellow armour, vehicles, heraldic symbols and other details. Combine it with Tones 2, 3, 4 and 5 to gradually build lighter shades and create strong contrast.

Warhammer Tone Pro includes 30 colour families, each with five tones ranging from Tone 1, the darkest, to Tone 5, the lightest. The paints can be used for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. Mix with Shading Medium to create a shade or glaze, or use Blending Medium to extend drying time when blending colours. Supplied in a 12 ml pot.
