Megaboss Yellow 2 is an acrylic paint from Games Workshop’s Warhammer Tone Pro range, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures. It belongs to the yellow Megaboss Yellow colour family, where five coordinated tones make it easy to build colour depth and create smooth transitions from dark shadows to bright highlights. Its warm, rich yellow shade is particularly suitable for yellow armour, vehicles, hazard markings, and decorative details.

This is Tone 2 of 5, a darker tone suited to shadows and transitions between the deepest areas and the base colour. Apply it to recesses and less illuminated surfaces to create contrast and add depth to your miniatures. Combine it with Megaboss Yellow 1 for deeper shadows and Megaboss Yellow 3 for smoother transitions towards the midtone.

Warhammer Tone Pro includes 30 colour families, each with five tones ranging from Tone 1, the darkest, to Tone 5, the lightest. The paints can be used for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing, and drybrushing. Mix with Shading Medium to create shade paints or glazes, or use Blending Medium to extend drying time and achieve smoother colour transitions. Supplied in a 12 ml pot.
