Seraphon Blue 2 is an acrylic paint from Games Workshop’s Warhammer Tone Pro range, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures. It belongs to the Seraphon Blue colour family, where five coordinated tones provide a straightforward way to build colour from shadows to highlights. Its turquoise-blue shade is well suited to reptilian skin, scales, gemstones, armour and other details where you want to create depth and a vibrant colour effect.

Seraphon Blue 2 is the darker transition shade, Tone 2 of 5, making it ideal for building shadows and creating transitions between the darkest tone and the mid-tone. Use it between scales, in recessed areas and on shaded parts of armour to add depth and prepare the surface for lighter tones from the same colour family.

Warhammer Tone Pro consists of 30 colour families, each containing five tones, from Tone 1 as the darkest to Tone 5 as the lightest. The paints are designed for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. Shading Medium allows the paint to be used as a shade or glaze, while Blending Medium extends drying time to give you more time to create smooth colour transitions. The paint comes in a 12 ml pot.
