Shalaxi Violet 4 is an acrylic paint from Games Workshop’s Warhammer Tone Pro range, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures. It belongs to the Shalaxi Violet colour family, where five different tones are designed to work together, making it easier to progress from shadows to highlights.

Shalaxi Violet 4 is the lighter transition shade, Tone 4 of 5, making it ideal for building up lighter areas and applying the first highlights. Its blue-violet hue is suitable for fabric, armour, magical effects and decorative details where you want to emphasise raised surfaces and create smooth colour transitions.

Warhammer Tone Pro consists of 30 colour families, each containing five tones, from Tone 1, the darkest, to Tone 5, the lightest. The paints can be used for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. Mixing the paint with Shading Medium allows you to create a shade or glaze, while Blending Medium extends drying time for smoother colour transitions. The paint comes in a 12 ml pot.
