Warhammer Tone Pro is an acrylic paint range from Games Workshop, designed for painting Warhammer miniatures and other models. Ta'unar Ochre belongs to the ochre colour family, with a warm, orange-brown shade. The family contains five coordinated tones that make it easy to create smooth colour transitions and build depth from dark shadows to bright highlights.
Ta'unar Ochre 2 is Tone 2 of 5 – a darker transition tone in the colour family. It is ideal for shaded areas, darker layers and transitions between deep shadows and midtones on leather, fabric, earthy surfaces and weathered details. Combine it with Tone 1 for the deepest shadows, then use Tones 3, 4 and 5 to gradually build lighter shades.
Warhammer Tone Pro includes 30 colour families, each with five tones ranging from Tone 1, the darkest, to Tone 5, the lightest. The paints can be used for basecoating, layering, highlighting, glazing and drybrushing. Mix with Shading Medium to create a shade or glaze, or use Blending Medium to extend drying time when blending colours. Supplied in a 12 ml pot.
