The Supermarine Spitfire PR.XIX was a two-seat photo reconnaissance variant of the iconic Spitfire, equipped with a Rolls-Royce Griffon engine and specialized for high-altitude reconnaissance. This new-tool kit from Airfix features finely engraved panel lines and a slide-moulded engine cowling. The model offers options to pose both canopies open or closed to reveal the detailed cockpits. A paint guide with Humbrol color references is included. Two decal options are included:
