Hasegawa E48 – Saab J35F Draken 1/72 Scale (Art. E48 / 01578) is a detailed plastic model kit of the iconic Swedish J35 Draken jet fighter, one of the most distinctive aircraft of the Cold War era. Featuring its unique double-delta wing design, the Draken served as a key interceptor in the Swedish Air Force from the 1960s onward.

The kit includes around 60 parts with fine surface detail, making it ideal for both experienced modelers and enthusiasts looking to build a realistic 1/72 scale aircraft. It can be finished with Swedish Air Force markings and works equally well as a standalone display model or as part of an airbase diorama.

The model is supplied unpainted and unassembled, allowing full creative freedom. For an authentic finish, Vallejo Model Color is recommended — for example, 70.990 Light Grey for the underside, 70.971 Green Grey or 70.893 US Dark Green for camouflage, 70.836 London Grey for upper surfaces, and 70.862 Black Grey together with 70.950 Black for panel lines and shading. Metallic areas such as the engine and exhaust can be painted with 70.863 Gunmetal Grey, while 70.997 Silver is ideal for wear effects and bare metal highlights.
