AMT 1156 – 1976 Chevrolet Vega Funny Car in 1/25 scale is a highly detailed plastic model kit representing a classic 1970s American drag racing Funny Car. Chevrolet Vega was often used as a base for extreme racing builds due to its lightweight body, and in Funny Car configuration it becomes a pure drag racing machine built for straight-line speed.

The kit includes detailed drag racing V8 engine, tube chassis, flip-top body, slick tires, race interior cockpit, and authentic racing decals, making it perfect for motorsport and drag racing dioramas.

The finished model measures approximately 18.0–20.0 cm in length, delivering a compact yet aggressive 1/25 scale presence.

The model comes unpainted and unassembled, offering full creative freedom to build a classic 1970s Funny Car in sponsor livery or a custom racing design. Vallejo Model Color is recommended — for example, 70.926 Red, 70.953 Yellow, or 70.925 Blue for bodywork, 70.950 Black for chassis and slicks, and 70.997 Silver and 70.863 Gunmetal Grey for engine and detailing.
