Italeri 72005 – Complete Model Set: Sd.Kfz. 182 King Tiger in 1/72 scale is a complete starter kit for model builders who want to build one of the most feared heavy tanks of World War II. Tiger II, also known as the King Tiger or Königstiger, entered service with the German Army in 1944 and combined extremely heavy armor with the deadly 8.8 cm KwK 43 gun.

The King Tiger succeeded the Tiger I and featured improved protection thanks to its sloped frontal armor and completely redesigned chassis. Weighing nearly 70 tons, it became one of the heaviest operational tanks of World War II. Its powerful armament and heavy armor made it highly effective in defensive combat.
