Tamiya 35144 - German 8-ton Halftrack with 3.7 cm Flak 37 (Sd.Kfz. 7/2)

Build the formidable anti-aircraft version of the German halftrack Sd.Kfz. 7/2, equipped with the effective 3.7 cm Flak 37 gun. During World War II, it provided air defense for mechanized units and could also engage ground targets.

Tamiya’s 1:35 scale kit features a detailed gun mount, ammunition clips, realistic crew platform, and accurately reproduced running gear. The model offers excellent opportunities for weathering and diorama settings, whether depicting muddy Eastern Front terrain or defensive positions in Western Europe.

For accurate painting, use Tamiya acrylics: XF-60 Dark Yellow as the base coat, with camouflage in XF-64 Red Brown and XF-58 Olive Green. The anti-aircraft gun and metallic details can be highlighted with XF-56 Metallic Grey, ammunition with XF-16 Flat Aluminum, and rubber parts/tracks with XF-85 Rubber Black. Weather realistically using XF-52 Flat Earth and dry-brushing with XF-57 Buff.
