Academy 13236 – Panzer IV Wirbelwind in 1/35 scale is a highly detailed plastic model kit representing the German Wirbelwind anti-aircraft tank, based on the Panzer IV chassis and used by the Wehrmacht during World War II. The vehicle was equipped with a quadruple 20 mm Flakvierling gun and served to protect ground forces from enemy aircraft.

The kit includes detailed chassis, open turret with anti-aircraft gun, tracks, wheels, and authentic decals, making it ideal both as a standalone display model and as part of realistic WWII dioramas.

The finished model measures approximately 17.0–18.0 cm in length, providing an accurate and impressive 1/35 scale representation.

The model comes unpainted and unassembled, offering full creative freedom to recreate authentic German camouflage schemes. Vallejo Model Color is recommended — for example, 70.824 German Camouflage Ochre, 70.822 German Camouflage Black Brown, and 70.979 German Camouflage Dark Green, along with 70.950 Black for tracks and details and 70.863 Gunmetal Grey for guns and metallic parts.
