Build the fast and agile American light tank M24 Chaffee, introduced during the final phase of World War II. In the European Theater it replaced the M5 Stuart, offering improved firepower with its 75 mm gun while maintaining excellent mobility. Tamiya’s 1:35 scale kit features crisp details, accurate turret shape, separate tools, and authentic decals for European units.

For an accurate finish, Tamiya acrylic paints are recommended. The Olive Drab base is applied using XF-62 Olive Drab, subtly highlighted with dry-brushing in XF-60 Dark Yellow for a sun-faded effect. Tool handles are painted with XF-59 Desert Yellow, metallic parts and machine gun with XF-56 Metallic Grey, while rubber components and track surfaces are toned with XF-85 Rubber Black. Light weathering using XF-52 Flat Earth adds realistic Western European mud effects.
