Massoth 8440023 - Drive for Scissor Pantograph 2.0 (2-pack)

The Massoth 8440023 is a 2-pack of drive mechanisms for scissor pantographs (version 2.0). These devices provide slow, realistic raising and lowering of the pantograph (unlike abrupt “snap” action). The system includes a spring mechanism that allows manual movement without damaging the mechanism. They can operate autonomously (without extra electronics) or be controlled via function outputs on almost any loco decoder using DEC(+), DEC(−), and FAx(−). The extension height can be programmed via CV. They are suitable for models like Krokodil (2040x), Schnüpftrückerli (2045x) and for replacing older units.
