E-Lok BR 111 DB

Model: This locomotive is new tooling. The body and frame are constructed of die-cast zinc. The locomotive has a built-in digital decoder and a sound generator for operation with mfx and DCC. There is a motor with a flywheel. 4 axles powered. Traction tires. The headlights and marker lights change over with the direction of travel. Warm white LEDs are used for the lights. They and the cab lighting can be controlled digitally. There is a close coupler mechanism. Length over the buffers 104 mm / 4-1/8". Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) electric locomotive, road number 111 102-0. B-B wheel arrangement. Built starting in 1974.
