Box car 60' excess height, ATSF #37960

Rel 10/24 This Bx-188-class excess height boxcar with Barber Roller Bearing trucks was rebuilt in the early 1970s from a smaller car built a few years earlier. It featured a cushioned underframe and movable bulkheads. Founded in 1859, Santa Fe was one of the largest railroads in North America up until 1996, when it merged with Burlington Northern to form BNSF.
