Rel 03/22 Built in 1943 for New York Central, this general purpose flat car with Bettendorf trucks later found its way into the Penn Central merger of 1968, and received new PC green paint and logos. Penn Central was formed through the merger of Pennsylvania Railroad and New York Central, and operated until 1976 when it was rolled into Conrail Corporation.
