DPR Models Kestrel DPRRC030 is an easy-to-build radio-controlled glider made from lightweight balsa and plywood, perfect for beginners and model flyers looking for smooth and relaxing flights. The model can be flown as a traditional glider or converted for electric power. The kit is easy to assemble and offers gentle, forgiving flying characteristics.

The finished model measures 93 cm in length with a 157 cm wingspan. Flying weight is approximately 750-800 grams.

The kit includes laser-cut balsa parts, hardware pack, wing bands, decals, sandpaper, full-size building plan and detailed step-by-step instructions. A molded canopy and cowling are included. For electric flight, a brushless motor, ESC, 3S LiPo battery, folding propeller and servos are required. Glue and covering film are also required.
