The WR-02CB chassis has enjoyed great popularity since its debut on the Comical Grasshopper (Item 58662), and now plays host to another comical re-imagining of a Tamiya classic – this time, the subject is the legendary Hornet, which inspired this model's stylish new body.
About the Model
• This is a 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit.
• Brand new polycarbonate body takes heavy inspiration from the Hornet and gives it a quirky new look.
• Orange and white 2-piece wheels use bubble tires (front: ribbed, rear: round block) for a fun look and drive.
• Comes with a helmeted driver figure (the same base as in Item 57407 Dual Rider) with hands gripping a steering wheel, to add even more life to the model.
• The monocoque WR-02CB chassis has a pre-assembled gearbox with motor already attached.
• Long suspension arms and CVA oil dampers make for excellent off-road performance, while underguard and side guards give great protection.
• Rear wheelie bar helps support the model when it leans back, maintaining a fun wheels-in-the air stance as the model plunges forward.
• Light cases are compatible with separately sold 5mm LEDs to light up the model.
• Tamiya TBLE-02S ESC and Tamiya Type 540 motor are included.
